当多功能搅拌车出现缓慢的送粉现象时，螺旋输送机进料缓慢，进料时间超过2分钟，在正常进料条件下可在20秒内送出。

影响因素主要是粉罐的送料不良和螺旋输送机的损坏。粉末进料的不良性能的特征在于粉末拱形，粉末罐的排出口处的材料聚集，蝶阀的开口太小以及粉末罐中的材料不足。螺旋输送机的损坏主要是由于螺旋叶片的变形，不能正常运输。

The main influencing factors are poor feeding of powder tank and damage of screw conveyor. The poor performance of powder feeding is characterized by powder arch, material accumulation at the outlet of powder tank, too small opening of butterfly valve and insufficient material in powder tank. Screw conveyor damage is mainly due to the deformation of the screw blade, can not be normal transportation.

1.打开气锤破拱装置。

2.检查粉末罐排放蝶阀的开度，并将蝶阀保持在完全打开位置。

3.检查粉末罐出口处的物料是否结块。
