考虑的是全自动上料搅拌一体车油嘴不雾化，油泵柱塞弹簧和弹簧座断裂，卡死不工作，或是柴油内有水。拆下全自动上料搅拌一体车油嘴总成检查开启压力和雾化，如果油嘴总成正常，可让用户用干净柴油装入壶中用油路旁接法进行试验。

The first consideration is that the nozzle of the full-automatic feeding mixer does not atomize, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken, stuck and does not work, or there is water in the diesel. Remove the nozzle assembly of the full-automatic feeding mixer truck to check the opening pressure and atomization. 若还有断火现象应考虑是发动机问题。低压油流畅通后，可用手压泵排除油路中的空气，打开泵头放气螺钉，直到没有气泡时，方可上紧放气螺钉。

After the low-pressure oil flow is smooth, the air in the oil circuit can be removed by hand pressure pump, and the pump head vent screw can be opened until there are no bubbles, then the vent screw can be tightened.

拆下喷油器总成，转动曲轴数圈，即有水喷出，说明缸盖，缸体有裂纹或砂眼，遇到这种情况时，可向用户解释或反映。属于自动上料搅拌车发动机问题。打开油箱开关，拆下输油泵进油管，看油流情况，如果油流很快，说明正常，如果油流时断时续查油路。

全自动上料搅拌一体车柴油机供给系统没有空气后，可拆开油泵盖板，板动操纵手柄，拨动油泵拉杆，看拉杆是否灵活和柱塞弹簧是否断裂。

在拉杆灵活和柱塞弹簧没断的情况下，可启动柴油机中速运转10分钟，还有全自动上料搅拌一体车断火现象时，可用一只铜榔头轻轻敲击输油泵大螺帽，一边敲一边听柴油机声音，如果声音不正常，说明输油泵活塞和推杆发卡，进行修理或更换。

When the pull rod is flexible and the plunger spring is not broken, the diesel engine can be started to run at medium speed for 10 minutes, and when the fully automatic feeding mixing truck breaks the fire, a copper hammer can be used to gently tap the big nut of the oil transfer pump, and listen to the sound of the diesel engine at the same time. If the sound is not normal, it means that the piston and push rod of the oil transfer pump are jammed, and repair or replace them.
