自动搅拌一体车在其使用周期内随着寿命的而不断流逝会逐渐转向沉重，这时我们可采用排除法来检查它的问题，以及导致自动搅拌一体车转向沉重故障现象的常见原因：

1、，自动搅拌一体车在停机熄火时用压力表检查自动搅拌一体车先导压力值，正常的先导压力值应该是发念头怠速的时候不低于2.2MPA,高速的时候要不高于5MPA,假如检查自动搅拌一体车压力值不为划定的值，那么导致自动搅拌一体车转向沉重故障现象泛起的原因就是先到压力值分歧错误，就要调整。自动搅拌一体车先导压力值的调整方法是：，先用的拆卸工具松开溢流阀锁紧螺母，然后假如是先导压力值偏小，就向顺时针方法调大先导压力值，假如是压力值偏小，就向逆时针方法调小。调整先导压力值后，自动搅拌一体车转向沉重故障排除。

2、假如先导压力值正常，那么就继承检查自动搅拌一体车的管路连接，查看有没有有没有泄漏，管路接头有没有梗阻，自动搅拌一体车液压缸有没有内漏等问题。自动搅拌一体车先导压力值的调整方法是：，先用的拆卸工具松开溢流阀锁紧螺母，然后假如是先导压力值偏小，就向顺时针方法调大先导压力值，假如是压力值偏小，就向逆时针方法调小。调整先导压力值后，自动搅拌一体车转向沉重故障排除。
