自动搅拌一体车动力由二类底盘全功率取力器输出通过传动轴把动力传给液压泵，液压泵产生液压能通过油管传到液压马达，液压马达把液压能转化为动能并通过减速机减速增扭传递到搅拌罐。

The power of the automatic mixer truck is output by the full power power take-off of the second type chassis, and the power is transmitted to the hydraulic pump through the transmission shaft. The hydraulic energy generated by the hydraulic pump is transmitted to the hydraulic motor through the oil pipe. The hydraulic motor converts the hydraulic energy into kinetic energy and transmits it to the mixing tank by reducing the speed and increasing the torque of the reducer.

在使用到一定时间之后，过多过少的会出现拌筒不能转动，一般有3种情况：

After using for a certain period of time, the mixing drum will not rotate if it is too much or too little. Generally, there are three situations:

1、运输过程中有混泥土卡住了；

1. Concrete stuck during transportation;

2、液压系统或发动机发生故障；

2. Hydraulic system or engine failure;

3、马达发生故障。

应对方法：

1、运输过程中有混泥土卡住了；清理干净就没有问题了；

1. The concrete is stuck in the process of transportation; there is no problem to clean it up;

2、液压系统或发动机故障的处理：

2. Handling of hydraulic system or engine failure:

（1）打开搅拌筒检修孔盖，旋松马达上高压软管的管接头，旋转拌筒使拌筒检修孔斜向下，将砼从搅拌筒检修孔排出；

(1) Open the manhole cover of mixing drum, loosen the pipe joint of high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum to make the manhole of mixing drum incline downward, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of mixing drum;

（2）将故障车的高压胶管从马达上卸下，把救援用的高压胶管接上，另一端接在救援车的油泵上，并将应急用的回油管一端接在故障车的马达泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援车的油泵回油口，利用救援车来控制故障车拌筒的旋转，将砼排出。

(2) Remove the high-pressure rubber hose of the failure vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, and connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the fault vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, and use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the failure vehicle and discharge the concrete.

3、马达发生故障，处理则较简单，可把救援车的马达卸下装在故障车上，再将各个油管接好，启动救援车即可将拌筒内的砼排出。

自动搅拌一体车作为运输用汽车，在维护和修理方面须遵照交通部的规定，执行“定期检测、强制维护、视情修理”的维修制度。在这个大前提下，再结合自动搅拌一体车的实际情况，做好维护和修理。在日常维护方面，自动搅拌一体车除应按常规对汽车发动机、底盘等部位进行维护外，还须做好以下维护工作。
