1、使用前：

1. Before use:

（1）要检查小型混凝土搅拌车空压机的自保装置是否可靠，气压是否稳定；检查水泵的引水有没有加足，管道是否通畅；

（1）都应该将小型混凝土搅拌罐的主机内外、料门上的积料清理并冲洗干净；

（2）各个润滑点应该加注润滑油，尤其是在轴端的密封处万不可遗漏；

(2) Each lubricating point shall be filled with lubricating oil, especially at the seal at the shaft end;

（3）冬季应放净水路内的液体，放净空压机贮气筒内的积水和气体；

(3) In winter, drain the liquid in the waterway and the water and gas in the air storage cylinder of the air compressor;

（4）停机后，所有的开关都要处于非工作状态并切断电源。
