在操作过程中，请勿对混泥土搅拌车进行维修或润滑。

定期在每个注油嘴中添加黄油，每4小时润滑轴端密封油一次，每周排干一次。

一、浅划痕：由于摩擦及日常护理不当，漆面出现轻微的划痕，但并未露出底漆，这种划痕在阳光下比较明显。一般通过抛光方法去除。

二、褪色：大气中的油烟和污染物是造成车漆变色、褪色的主要原因。褪色与氧化不同，发生褪色时，车漆会出现不均匀的色差。中、轻度的褪色可用研磨、抛光治理，严重时重新喷漆。

三、水痕纹：水痕纹是水滴蒸发后留下的痕迹，呈环状。氧化、常用洗涤灵清洗的车容易染上水痕。

3、 Water mark: water mark is the mark left by the evaporation of water droplets, which is circular. Cars that are oxidized and commonly cleaned with detergent are easy to get water marks.

四、漆面氧化：在太阳紫外线的照射下，漆膜会不断向空气中蒸发油份以达到保护自身的作用，长时间就会导致漆面油分的过分散失。漆面的亮度都大打折扣，使漆面慢慢发白，形成氧化层，缩短了车漆的寿命，氧化严重的话可以通过研磨和抛光来处理。

4、 Paint oxidation: under the sun's ultraviolet radiation, the paint film will continuously evaporate oil into the air to protect itself, which will lead to excessive loss of paint oil for a long time. The brightness of the paint is greatly reduced, which makes the paint white slowly and forms an oxide layer, which shortens the service life of the car paint. If the oxidation is serious, it can be treated by grinding and polishing.

五、蚀痕：蚀痕是面状磨蚀。昆虫、鸟粪、树汁、焦油、沥青都有可能引起的蚀痕。轻微的蚀痕可用研磨抛光来。

5、 Etch marks: etch marks are surface abrasion. Insects, bird droppings, tree sap, tar and asphalt may cause corrosion marks. Slight corrosion marks can be solved by grinding and polishing.
