自动搅拌一体车的运输介质是混凝土，混凝土的密度大，一辆搅拌车满载时，整车的重量很大的，不过搅拌车的发动机一般都是搭配马力比较大的，不同的司机驾驶同一辆搅拌车，有的司机总说车辆上坡没劲，油耗还一直居高不下，这是怎么回事呢?

Some drivers always say that the uphill is boring and the fuel consumption is still high. What's the matter?

如果搅拌车定期的更换机油、机油滤芯、柴油滤芯、空气滤芯的话，那应该就是一下几个问题：

If the engine oil, oil filter, diesel filter and air filter are changed regularly, it should be the following problems:

1. 增压器损坏，如果增压器叶轮轴匡动，罐内有机油基本断定已经损坏，另外要检查管道，气泵打压用泡沫水检查增压机和出气管接头橡胶卡扣处是否有漏气现象。

2. 检查中冷器是否断裂，同样的方法气泵打压仔细检查水箱前面中冷器是否有漏气，调整气门，定时按车辆的数值找人员来调整气门间隙。

3. 更换达标的尿素，选择车用尿素一定要买合格的产品，不要轻易改动尿素喷头，有些搅拌车司机为了省钱，故意石子改装尿素喷头，有的卡友甚干脆加水，还有的人直接将插头拔掉，不使用尿素。

5. 挂档前推不到位，后拉不到底。有很多的车辆挂档都是比较重的，很多时候还挂不到位，这种情况一般有以下一个原因：挂挡杆或者球头磨损，从挂档下方一直到变速箱上面有很多个球头，由于在平时开车过程中需要不断的变更档位，所以球头比较容易磨损，发现匡动就要及时更换;变速杆拉线。

现在很大一部分专用车采用变速箱拉线设计，拉线使用时间长了就会起刺变长，就会导致挂档费劲甚挂不上档，发现拉线问题要及时更换;档杆底座螺丝匡动，无论档杆定位在驾驶室上还是发动机上面都会有固定的螺丝，如果底座松动，挂档就会困难;变速箱上盖的端盖花键套或花键轴磨损严重也会直接导致挂档困难甚挂不上档。

6. 检查电磁阀，如果变速箱小盖开关电磁阀的顶针损坏也会导致挂档困难。
