一、液压驱动系统维护

1、 Hydraulic drive system maintenance

液压系统可以说是混凝土自动上料搅拌车的核心系统。为保证混凝土自动上料搅拌车能正常工作，搅拌罐能运转正常，须在每次车辆发动前检查油路散热器和减速机的液压油位，保证油位指示在视窗范围内。同时要保证其清洁性，以免尘粒和水分等污染系统液压油，造成系统不能正常工作或损坏。

二、供水系统维护

气压供水系统加水量一般在水箱的四分之三处为宜；车辆在行驶时水路系统中各个阀门均应处于关闭状态，以免影响车辆的制动性能，或烧结摩擦片，从而影响车辆的制动性能。禁止随意焊动和改动水箱，避免重物撞击；经常检查阀体是否堵塞或是否有工作异常；在有结冰可能的环境中使用时，供水系统须排空存水，防止管路冻裂；经常检查系统的密封性，拆卸修理后，关键部位要涂螺纹密封胶。

三、搅拌筒维护

初次使用要及时检查罐体及别的部位螺栓是否有松动，每天行车前要检查托轮与滚道的润滑，每个月打开一次托轮护罩，清理内部的油污并添加润滑油脂。
