自动搅拌一体车在其使用周期内随着寿命的而不断流逝会逐渐转向沉重，这时我们可采用排除法来检查它的问题，以及导致自动搅拌一体车转向沉重故障现象的常见原因：

1、，搅拌车在停机熄火时用压力表检查自动搅拌一体车先导压力值，正常的先导压力值应该是发念头怠速的时候不低于2.2MPA,高速的时候要不高于5MPA,假如检查自动上料搅拌车压力值不为划定的值，那么导致自搅拌车转向沉重故障现象泛起的原因就是先到压力值分歧错误，就要调整。

2、假如先导压力值正常，那么就继承检查搅拌车的管路连接，查看有没有有没有泄漏，管路接头有没有梗阻，搅拌车液压缸有没有内漏等问题。
