自动搅拌一体车分为滚筒式和强制式，另外强制式又分单卧轴强制式和双卧轴强制式，这两种混凝土搅拌机都称为搅拌设备，不同点就是搅拌的混凝土原料和适用范围不一样。我司对此两种搅拌设备的清洗事项列为如下。

1、滚筒式自动搅拌一体车属于民用混凝土机械，清洗方法非常的简单。需要每天工作结束以后，关闭电源，然后操作人员需要对筒内进行清洗。清洗的过程中，一定要注意挂上“禁止合闸”的标志，以防有人重新启动搅拌机。为了起见，好过程中有人陪伴，以免发生意外。
