1新购的自动搅拌一体车在使用半个月后要检查整车所有的螺栓，有松动的螺栓要及时加以紧固，但是也不可紧的太过，要注意一个合适的拧紧力矩。

2自动搅拌一体车的液压系统在初次使用250小时后就要更换高压抗磨液压油，之后每使用2500小时更换一次，间隔不要超过一年，能够同时更换液压油滤芯。

3散热器的温控开关在出厂时一般是设置好的，会根据系统的温度自动开启或者关闭散热风扇，不要随意调节。

5自动搅拌一体车每次卸完料后及时清洗罐体内外和进出料口，防止残留料沾罐，而且每3个月要彻底清理一次，这样可以防止搅拌车越开越重，增加不必要的油耗。
