How often is it appropriate to clean its host?

一个工作周期内搅拌车主机系统少应清洗1次。每天可以生产活动结束后，则应对搅拌车主机信息进行比较全面的清洗，方法是：在清洗服务过程中，将水及少许石子放进搅拌主机内通过搅拌5～10min，清洗后将机内物料管理全部有用，不得有积水、积料;停机后再冲洗以及管道，搅拌罐内外环境灰尘和粘附的混凝土。一般这种情况下，JS1000型搅拌设备主机之间加水约150～180kg左右，其他产品型号选择主机可据此分析增减，也可自备高压水枪或者进行数据清理。

在冲洗搅拌主机料门时，应避免上部冲洗下的积料形成异物卡滞料门现象。搅拌过程中，若混凝土运输车较长时间没有到位(超过20～30min，尤其在夏季)，应加水对搅拌机进行简易清洗。

搅拌车设备正常生产期间，要定期检查搅拌筒内及搅拌轴上混凝土的凝固情况，如有凝结应及时按要求进行人工铲除。人工清理搅拌筒前，必须切断电源、气路，放净余气、锁好控制室;人工清理搅拌筒时，严禁猛烈敲击搅拌轴、搅拌臂及搅拌叶片。

自动搅拌一体车用冲洗充电门，上部冲洗避免夹在充电门的现象形成的异物积累的材料时的搅拌主机设备。混合过程中，如果不再有在现浇混凝土卡车（超过20?30分钟，尤其是夏天），水应加入搅拌机，便于清洗。
