搅拌一体车按装料的不同可以分为干式搅拌车和湿式搅拌车，我们一般比较常见的都是湿料式。搅拌车的工作原理主要是：由取力器将发动机的能量通过传动轴传给液压泵，液压泵产生液压能通过油管传到液压马达，液压马达再将液压能转化为动能，再通过减速机传递到搅拌罐，通过液压泵的伺服手柄角度从而实现搅拌罐的正反转速的大小，以实现装料、搅拌、搅动、出料等作业。搅拌车上各个部分都有各自的功能，下面我来一一介绍一下。
