由于冬季温度相对较低，而长期零温度实际上是整个搅拌机的重大不利条件，因此在冬季运行期间，装有负载的独立式搅拌机必须提供额外的保护。这是一个条件。除非加强对车载独立式搅拌机的维护，否则自动搅拌机将冻结，因此预计冬季会出现以下5个问题。

三，热身

在冬天，温度低并且润滑油的粘度不流动。起动发动机后，发动机保持在大约1100 rpm。搅拌机预热后，加速器猛烈启动，发动机转速不高，发动机转速过高。噪音指示器温度计开始预热后，建议的温度预热不必等待发动机温度升高。
