有这样一种状况，便是咱们的驾驭员在驾驭搅拌车的时分会常常发觉这样的一种现象，那便是水的温度过高，这个究竟什么状况呢？

There is such a situation, that is, our drivers often find such a phenomenon when driving the mixer truck, that is, the water temperature is too high. What is the situation?

一、焚烧建议车时的操作过程不正确。

1、 The operation process is not correct when burning the vehicle.

二、冷却介质短少：①防冻液：要求一年四季都要加注防冻液；②水或蒸馏水：暂时代用；③水箱盖漏水。

2、 Shortage of cooling medium: ① antifreeze: it is required to add antifreeze throughout the year; ② water or distilled water: temporary replacement; ③ water tank cover leakage.

三、小型混凝土搅拌车水泵缺陷：叶轮打滑或卡死导致正时皮带断掉；叶轮变形。

3、 Small concrete mixer pump defects: impeller slipping or stuck, resulting in broken timing belt; impeller deformation.

四、冷却电扇不转：冷却电扇或许由温控开关操控；也或许由水温传感器操控。

4、 Cooling fan doesn't work: cooling fan may be controlled by temperature control switch or water temperature sensor.

五、小型混凝土搅拌车水箱阻塞：外部阻塞应用水或气将脏物除去；内部阻塞会影响冷却液的循环，一起会发生压力，这时会有两种作用，一种是水箱漏水，另一种是在高速行驶时水温特别高。

5、 Water tank blockage of small concrete mixer: the external blockage should be removed by water or air; the internal blockage will affect the circulation of coolant, and pressure will occur together. At this time, there are two effects, one is water leakage in the water tank, the other is particularly high water temperature when driving at high speed.

六、汽缸损蚀：焚烧室与水道冲，这时会从排水管排水或排白烟，构成水箱经常性缺水；水道与油道冲（机油有水呈白色）；水道与水道冲，构成缸体散热不良，尤其在高速时影响更大。

6、 Cylinder erosion: when the combustion chamber and water channel are flushed, the water will be drained or white smoke will be discharged from the drain pipe, resulting in frequent water shortage of the water tank; when the water channel and oil channel are flushed (the engine oil is white with water); when the water channel and water channel are flushed, the heat dissipation of the cylinder block is poor, especially at high speed.

七、节温器损坏：如想拆掉节温器，此刻应把小循环堵上，这样能够确保冷却液悉数由水箱散热；装新节温器时应留神是否有过水孔。

7、 Thermostat damage: if you want to remove the thermostat, you should plug the small circulation at this moment, so as to ensure that all the coolant is dissipated by the water tank; when installing a new thermostat, you should pay attention to whether there is a water hole.

假定在驾驭搅拌车的时分发现了水温过高就要靠边泊车，但不要当即熄火。由于冷却液的温度现已很高，降温才华已达到极限，这时假定当即熄火，欢娱的冷却液也就间断了循环。

If you find that the water temperature is too high when driving the mixer, you should pull over and park, but don't turn off the engine immediately. 过高的温度得不到冷却，建议机也是难以承受的。假定先让建议机怠速作业一瞬间，不断循环的冷却液仍是能够减轻高温对建议机的影响。
