滚筒式自动搅拌一体机为搅拌筒的构造,简体为双锥形,筒内焊有高、低叶片,分别与拌筒轴线成一定夹角。搅拌进,随着拌筒旋转,叶片使物料在提升、下落的同时,又作轴向往复搅动,因此搅拌强烈,效果较好。其运转方向为正方向搅拌而反方向出料。
