自动搅拌一体机是一种特殊车辆，并不是所有会开车的司机都会开搅拌车，如果操作不当会引起翻车、液压泵、马达、减速机过快磨损甚出现严重后果。

The automatic mixer is a special vehicle. Not all drivers who can drive will drive the mixer. Improper operation will cause rollover, excessive wear of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer, and even serious consequences.

1．起动自动搅拌一体机之前，应把搅拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。

1. Before starting the automatic mixing machine, put the operating handle of the mixing drum at the "stop" position.

2．自动搅拌一体机起动发动机后，应使搅拌筒在低速下转动10分钟左右，使液压油温升到20℃以上后方可工作。

3．自动搅拌一体机在露天停放时，装料前应将搅拌筒反转，将积水和杂物排出，以保证混凝土的质量。

3. When the automatic mixing machine is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to discharge the ponding and sundries, so as to ensure the quality of concrete.
