密封胶条是自动搅拌一体机的重要零部件之一，广泛用于车门、车窗、车身、座椅、天窗、发动机箱和后备箱等部位，可以生产用于安装客车行李仓门的橡胶铰链，还具有其他防水、密封等作用。

It can be used to produce rubber hinges for the installation of luggage compartment doors of passenger cars, as well as other waterproof and sealing functions.

1、检查密封条有无大的裂纹，有无断裂。如果密封条断裂了，可以使用粘结剂进行修补。特别是使用密封条专用粘结剂，很容易就能把大的裂纹条补好。当然，如果密封条损伤严重，或老化程度较大，还是更换新密封条省事。

2、车主在使用洗涤剂进行清洗门窗密封胶条之后，涂覆一层高渗透性的保护剂，这样既能防止密封条老化又能极大地提高密封条的密封性。除此之外，密封条的缝隙之间很容易塞满沙尘，从而引发锈蚀。为此，应该用刷子把沙尘等干净。

3、在更换整个车身时，应在焊缝的搭接部分涂一层密封胶，胶层厚度应约为1mm，并且胶层不得有虚粘、气泡等缺陷。在整个地板下表面和前轮罩下表面应涂3mm-4mm的弹性涂层及防腐涂层。这些措施不仅可以大大增强整车的密封性和减慢车身的锈蚀速度，而且还可以大大提高乘坐舒适性。

3. 4、车门与车身的密封是一个比较困难的部位，密封要求比较严，应密封的部分比较长，各密封部位的断面形状不尽相同，而且车门启闭频繁。在轿车上常设置3道,4道密封，安装前支柱及车顶侧横梁部位的四重密封的构造。这种多道密封一般都布置在前门缝里，除具有密封功能外，还有汽车隔音降噪的作用。

5、在车窗玻璃损坏后，车主在换用玻璃时，要检查密封条有无损伤。由于车窗经过修理后往往回复不到原来的形状，因此，这时除了要保证能轻松拉动或升降车窗玻璃外，还要注意车窗玻璃四周的密封性。如果玻璃同玻璃槽口的缝隙不均，橡胶条与玻璃、玻璃槽接触不良，车主可以用手能轻易地将密封条拉脱。
