充电作业要注意用电,保护人体不受伤害,设备不受损坏。电源插座应完好可靠。电源线绝缘良好,不能用任何破损之处。搅拌车充电机使用前要用试电笔检查一下机壳,防止漏电伤人。充电时应先接好蓄电池电路,然后在插接电源线。充电结束时应先拔下电源线,然后再拆开蓄电池电路,要按照使用说明书正确使用充电机,严防充电机输出端发生短路。如果采用并联充电,接入各个蓄电池的电压要与充电机的输出电压相符,同时并联的蓄电池个数不鞥超过充电机的大负载容量。
