自动搅拌一体机基本结构主要包括取力器、搅拌筒前后支架、减速机、液压系统、搅拌筒、操纵机构、清洗系统等。其工作原理：通过取力装置将汽车底盘的动力取出，并驱动液压系统的变量泵，把机械能转化为液压能传给定量马达，马达再驱动减速机，由减速机驱动搅拌装置，对混凝土进行搅拌。

一、车辆起步

1、 Vehicle start

车辆在起步时，可以大油门，充分发挥发动机的性能，让搅拌车以快的时间达到巡航车速，这样驾驶可以达到节油的目的。

When the vehicle starts, the accelerator can be increased to give full play to the performance of the engine, so that the mixer can reach the cruising speed in a fast time, so that the purpose of fuel saving can be achieved.

二、平路行驶

2、 Driving on a level road

1、平路行驶时，尽量在一条车道上行驶，减少来回变换车道的情况发生，有利于节油。

1. When driving on a flat road, try to drive in one lane to reduce the occurrence of lane change back and forth, which is conducive to fuel saving.

2、如果与其他车辆结伴而行，切勿采用跟车的方式，可以各自行驶，约定好相聚点。往往在后面跟车的车辆油耗会高于前车。

3、控制好发动机转速，不同发动机，控制转速不一致。

三、车辆爬坡

1、搅拌车在爬坡的时候，坚持小坡冲，大坡稳的原则。

2、坡度小路段的时候可以采用冲坡的方式，车辆提前加速，让车辆具有足够的惯性行驶到坡顶。

2. When the slope is small, the way of flushing can be adopted. The vehicle can accelerate ahead of time, so that the vehicle has enough inertia to drive to the top of the slope.

4、在车辆即将到达坡顶时，如果前方是下坡，可以减小油门开度，利用车辆的惯性到达坡顶，切勿在即将到达坡顶时增挡，这时完全可以利用下坡的惯性进行增速，减少不必要的燃油消耗。

4.
